Golf Practice Tees
Our championship grass practice facilities have seven target greens. As one of the largest practice facilities in the state, the driving range is 350 yards long and 210 yards wide. With this space, the Jimmie Austin OU Golf Club is able to accommodate any large event. It is used for game improvement, custom fitting sessions, individual lessons, clinics, vendor demo days and expos.
An all-day range pass is $15, which covers the driving range, short-game area and putting green.
The practice tees open 20 minutes prior to the first tee time and close at sunset. Tee times currently begin at 8 a.m.
The practice facility opens late on Thursday mornings due to mowing of the tees, greens and deck.
Proper dress is required at all practice facilities as well. Appropriate attire includes bermuda-length shorts, slacks, collared golf shirt, soft-spiked golf or tennis shoes. Anyone not conforming to the dress code outlined above will be required to conform before they will be permitted to play the course or use the practice areas.
Short Game Area
Our 12,000 sq ft putting green has numerous hole locations to practice a variety of putts from every angle and slope of the green. Our dual chipping greens are equipped with two practice bunkers and many hole locations, allowing practice for all types of shots needed around the green.
